جهت آبياري گياهان سيستم آبياري تحت فشار( باراني ) در نظر گرفته شده كه به مرحله اجرا در آمده است .

كار كاشت  قطعه از سال 1385 آغاز شد.  سعي بر اين است تا در سال‌هاي آتي علاوه بر حفظ و نگهداري آنها، بر غناي گونه‌اي نيز افزوده گردد.

Habitat of the Caucasus with an area of three hectares in vicinity of Caspian plot has been considered for planting different tree and shrub species of caucasica region. Two meter wide pavements divide the plot into five sections.  Chestnut-leaved oak  and Caucasian oak trees in the north and eastern north, Caucasian zelkova trees in estern south, some species of maple in west and western south and, service trees in western north of the plot were planted. A line of linden trees was also planted from eastern south to north of the plot. In addition to mentioned populations, the following species are sparsely observed:

Plants are irrigated using sprinkler system. Planting in this plot was getting started in 2006. In next years, in addition to maintenance of the present plant species, the richness of the plot will be attempted to increase
